How to Check an AT&T Call History Log

AT&T provides multiple ways to check your call history log for its contract cell phones, its GoPhones and its U-verse land lines. You'll need access to the Internet and an AT&T online account. You might also need the myAT&T app for phone, PC or mobile device, depending on what equipment you use to access the Internet.

Check AT&T Contract Cell Phone Call History Log:

Using the Internet

Step 1

Log on to myAT&T and select the wireless option

Step 2

Enter your user ID and password to access your account.

Step 3

Hover your cursor over Billing, Usage, Payments at the top of the page. Under Usage, click on Usage Since Last Bill. View different usage time periods by using the Showing drop-down menu. You can download your usage data in Excel or CSV format.

Using the myAT&T App or Mobile Site

Step 1

Download and install the mobile app to your phone:

  • Log on to the Windows Phone Store, the App Store or Google Play. Select Apps and search on myAT&T; or
  • Scan the QR code with your smart phone; or
  • Text APP to 8758 from your AT&T phone to receive a download link

or

Log on to the AT&T mobile site.

Step 2

Enter your user ID and password, then select your wireless account.

Select Menu and then Usage to view your call history since your last bill.

Using the Internet

Step 1

Log in to your myAT&T account.

Step 2

Select the Account History option. Here you can view logs for voice calls, data use, refills and charges for any features packages you have on your account.

Step 3

Filter your call history by the desired time frame and type of call, such as incoming calls, outgoing calls or missed calls.

Using the myAT&T Mobile App

Step 1

Download and install the mobile app:

  • Log in to the Windows Phone Store, the App Store or Google Play. Select Apps and search on myAT&T; or
  • Scan the QR code with your smart phone; or
  • Text APP to 8758 from your AT&T phone to receive a download link

Step 2

Bring up the App and log in with your AT&T wireless GoPhone number and four-digit password.

Step 3

Select Account and filter your call log data for the desired time frame and call type.

Check AT&T U-verse Landline Call History

Using the Internet

Step 1

Log in to your myAT&T account with your U-verse member ID, or, if your U-verse account is linked to an AT&T access ID, enter the user ID.

Step 2

Select My Plans, then U-verse Voice, then Voice Features

Step 3

Click on the Call Log tab to view your call history. This information may be downloaded in PDF, CSV or XLS formats.

Using Your U-verse Television Screen

Step 1

Turn to channel 9900 with the U-verse remote, or press Menu and scroll to the Interactive option.

Step 2

Scroll to and select your U-verse phone number.

Step 3

Select OK and your call history information is displayed. You can sort the call log by the caller's name, the date of the call or by phone number.

Using the myAT&T App or Mobile Site

Step 1

Log in to your myAT&T account using the myAT&T app or mobile site.

Step 2

Select My Plans and Services, then Manage Phone Features and Settings.

Step 3

Tap View Call Log. Here you can sort the call log data to display all, sent, received or missed calls.

Tip

AT&T call logs typically display your last 100 calls up to the previous 60 days. You cannot alter or delete call history data.
