ITunes is a free program that allows you to download, play and manage music and video files. Videos and music can be purchased directly through the iTunes store. Purchases that haven't completely downloaded may be stuck in a pending state, during which time you'll be unable to delete them manually. You must take the necessary steps to report the problem and have it removed by an iTunes Support member.
