How to Delete Ticketmaster Accounts

Users of the Ticketmaster website can create an account to remember their information and make future purchases quicker and easier. Although many users find this to be a useful feature, some prefer not to store their personal information on Ticketmaster's website and choose to delete their Ticketmaster account. Deleting your Ticketmaster account requires filling out a specific form on the Ticketmaster website.

Step 1

Go to Ticketmaster.com and then click the "Sign In" link at the top right of the TicketMaster homepage. Sign in with the account that you would like to delete.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Help" link under "We're Here to Help."

Click the "Closing Your Account" link under "Top 10 FAQs."

Click the "Still want to cancel? You can do it here" link.

Click the "Email Us" link.

Type in the email address for the account you want to delete in the "Email" field. Type in your first and last names in the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields.

Click "General Information" under the "Select a Topic" field. Click "Have Not Purchased Tickets" under "Date Range of Event."

Scroll down and type "I want to delete/cancel my Ticketmaster account" under the "Question" field. Sign your name at the end of the comment and then click "Continue … to send the email request to delete your Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster will generally cancel the account within 48 hours of the request.
