TracFones are pre-paid cell phones that you can buy at a variety of outlets and dealers. However, like any cell phone, a TracFone can be traced and located. Many of the services that track down cell phones do require payment, though, so before you start tracing numbers and locating users, keep an eye on the fine print and make sure that you're not breaking any laws in your area about tracking down people this way.
