How to Login to Cisco CCO

The Cisco website offers an extensive amount of Cisco product and technical networking information to guest viewers, however for additional features such as certification test results and "E-Service Training," a free Cisco Connection Online account is required. Register for a CCO account at the Cisco website when you require additional Cisco services that are not offered to guest viewers.

Things You'll Need

  • Computer with a web browser installed

Step 1

Open a Web browser and type "" into the address bar near the top of the web browser window and press the "Enter" key.

Step 2

Click the drop-down box in the "Create an Account" area of the Web page that displays and click the language option with which you are most comfortable.

Step 3

Type your email address in the "Email Address" field and then type it again into the "Retype Email Address" field.

Step 4

Type a unique user name at least nine characters long that you wish to use as your CCO ID into the "User ID" field.

Step 5

Type a password at least eight characters long that includes upper case and lower case letters and one number into the "Password" field, and enter the password again into the "Retype Password" field.

Step 6

Click the "Business" radio button if entering your business contact information otherwise click the "Home" radio button. Type your first name into the "First Name" box and last name into the "Last Name" box.

Step 7

Type your phone number into the "Phone Number" field and the name of organization you represent into the "Company/Organization" box.

Step 8

Click the "Country" box and click on the name of your country from the list displayed. Enter your address into the "Address Line 1" and "Address Line 2" boxes. Enter the name of the city where you live into the "City" box. Type your postal code into the "Zip/Postal Code" box.

Step 9

Click the "Security Question 1" box and click on a security question about yourself that only you can answer. Type the answer in the "Security Answer 1" box. Click the "Security Question 2" field and click on a question that only you can answer about yourself and type the answer to the question in the "Security Answer 2" field.

Step 10

Type the characters to the left of the "Try a new code" button into the field above the "Letters are not case sensitive" label. Click the "I understand that Cisco will process and store information submitted" check box in the "Privacy and Product Information" area and click the "Submit" button.

Step 11

Click the "Log In" link at the top of the Web page. Enter the CCO username and password just configured into the "User Name" and "Password" fields displayed and click the "Log In" button.
