Deleted apps are not necessarily completely gone. Purchased apps are normally stored on an online account and allow for a limited number of additional downloads at no additional fee. These additional downloads are to provided to protect your investment in the applications purchased. The number of downloads available varies depending on the applications provider. BlackBerry App World
Open the "BlackBerry App World" from you mobile phone by clicking "Applications," then "App World."
Click to select the "My World" icon.
Click "Menu," "Login" and enter your App World icon.
Highlight the application you would like to reinstall
Press the "Menu" button on your phone.
Click "Install." The application will be reinstalled on your phone.
Apple App Store
Log in to your iTunes account using the account you used when purchased the app.
Highlight the app you wish to reinstall and touch "Buy App."
Touch "OK" when purchase dialog box appears.
Touch "OK" when to the "Update now" dialog box.
Open the "Android Market" from you mobile phone.
Touch the app you would like to reinstall.
Touch "Install" from the application home screen. Your app will be reinstalled to your device.
