How to Retrieve MySpace Account Information

View and change account information using the Account Settings screen.

Log in to your Myspace account and visit your Account Settings page to retrieve your account information. If you don't know your username or password, perform a password reset to gain access to your account.

Step 1

The Sign in button is located on the left of the page.

Click the Sign in button on the main Myspace menu.

Step 2

Retrieve your password.

Click the Forgot password link to open the Forgot your password? page.

Step 3

Enter your username or email.

Enter the email address associated with your Myspace account in the Your Email field and click Submit to have Myspace send you a password reset email.

If you don't remember which email address is associated with your account, enter your Myspace username in the Username field and click Submit to have Myspace send a reset email to the email address on file.

When you receive the reset email, follow the prompts in it to select a new password and, when you're finished, skip ahead to Step 5.

Step 4

Fill out the Declaration of Ownership form.

Fill out and submit the Myspace Declaration of Ownership form if you don't know your username or email address, or if you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Myspace account.

Click the Sign In button on the main menu again after you've reset your password, and then sign in to your account using your email address and new password.

Step 6

Retrieve information about your account.

Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your Myspace home page and select Account to retrieve your account information.
