Log in to your Myspace account and visit your Account Settings page to retrieve your account information. If you don't know your username or password, perform a password reset to gain access to your account.
Click the Sign in button on the main Myspace menu.
Click the Forgot password link to open the Forgot your password? page.
Enter the email address associated with your Myspace account in the Your Email field and click Submit to have Myspace send you a password reset email.
If you don't remember which email address is associated with your account, enter your Myspace username in the Username field and click Submit to have Myspace send a reset email to the email address on file.
When you receive the reset email, follow the prompts in it to select a new password and, when you're finished, skip ahead to Step 5.
Fill out and submit the Myspace Declaration of Ownership form if you don't know your username or email address, or if you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Myspace account.
Click the Sign In button on the main menu again after you've reset your password, and then sign in to your account using your email address and new password.
Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your Myspace home page and select Account to retrieve your account information.
If you have to use the Declaration of Ownership form to regain access to your account, Myspace asks you to provide an email address to which they can send a password reset email. Make sure you use an address that is not associated with another Myspace account. Also make sure you select “Regain Account Access” on the Declaration of Purpose drop-down menu on the Declaration of Ownership form.
It can take up to 72 hours for Myspace to verify the information on the Declaration of Ownership form. Only after this information is verified will you be granted access to your account again.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must print off, sign and scan the Declaration of Ownership form.
