Many sites offer live streaming video of events, such as sport and news, which gives people all over the world access to current information and entertainment. Live video streams may force you to use unfamiliar Web-based video players. It is possible to magnify a live stream to make it fill your entire computer monitor, even if the video player itself does not have a full-screen feature.
Step 1
Check the video player application to see if it has a full-screen button built in. Many video applications have this button on a tool bar located underneath the video. If you cannot locate a full-screen feature, go to Step 2.

Position your mouse in the center of the live video.
Step 3
Hold down the Windows key. It typically is located next to the left "Alt" key.
Step 4
Press the "+" (plus) key while holding the Windows key. The screen will magnify to 200 percent, centering itself where you positioned the mouse.
Step 5
Continue pressing the Windows key and the "+" until the screen is zoomed in enough to make the live video fill the entire screen.
Step 6
Click the magnifying glass icon that appears on the screen, then click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the magnifier tool window to turn off magnification.
