How to Share iPhone Calendars

Organize group events with friends or show your work schedule to your spouse by sharing calendars right from your iPhone. Using iCloud to share your calendars makes planning outings with a large group of friends or your entire family simple and collaborative.

Share Calendar From Your iPhone

Share your iPhone calendar with one or more people directly from your iPhone using iCloud. Private calendars can be shared with other iCloud users, so friends with iPhones or other Apple devices will be able to view your shared calendar. If your friends do not use iCloud or Apple devices, they can view your shared calendar using Microsoft Outlook on a Windows computer.

Step

Open the Settings app, scroll down to iCloud and ensure that Calendars is turned on.

Make Calendar Public From Your iPhone

Allow anyone to subscribe to a read-only version of your calendar by making it public. Visitors can view your calendar on an Apple computer, with Microsoft Outlook, or with any app that supports the iCalendar file format. This option may be helpful if you want to share a calendar, but don't want anyone to be able to make changes to it.
