Your Verizon FiOS service is susceptible to disruptions due to problems with your FiOS set-top box. Problems with the set-top box's software settings, cable connections or operating firmware will cause your service to cut off while viewing. The box includes built-in reset features to help you troubleshoot problems with your service before having to call in a repair technician from Verizon.
