If your US Cellular Samsung phone isn't ringing when calls come in, it's probably set to silent mode. Silent mode is useful when you are in a situation where your phone's ringer would be a distraction or inconvenience. Watching a movie or attending a work meeting are two situations that you might need silent mode for. However, if you leave your phone in silent mode after that, you won't know when you receive a call unless you are looking at the Samsung phone. At this point, turn the ringer back on.
