Microsoft Exchange is used to access a corporate Microsoft Outlook account. The Microsoft Exchange information is necessary in order to connect to your Outlook email account from home or anywhere else in the world. Part of this information is the server name, which is not difficult to find.

Open Outlook. Click "Tools," then "Options."
