Microsoft Exchange is used to access a corporate Microsoft Outlook account. The Microsoft Exchange information is necessary in order to connect to your Outlook email account from home or anywhere else in the world. Part of this information is the server name, which is not difficult to find.

Open Outlook. Click "Tools," then "Options."

Click the "Mail Setup" tab located within "Options," and then click "Email Accounts."

Click the "Change" button located above "Microsoft Exchange."

Locate the text next to "Microsoft Exchange Server." You have now found the server name for Microsoft Exchange.
