Google has updated its voice assistant to now give users the option to choose a British or Australian accent. So, now you can pretend like you're overseas when you're, in fact, not.

Here's how to select a new accent:
Go to your Google Assistant settings and select Assistant Voice. Choose British Racing Green for the British voice or Sydney Harbour Blue for the Australian accent.
The voices are the same ones used for users in Australia and the UK, but now you can choose them without having to change your language setting, risking your own accent not being recognized.
Cheerio and g'day.
