The service menu allows a user to make advanced changes to the settings of a television. Using the service menu, you can make changes to a TV's picture geometry, white balance and color presets. The service menu, however, is intended to be used by trained professionals. Therefore, if you don't have experience changing settings through the service menu, you should not access or make changes using the service menu on your Sanyo LCD TV.
Step 1
Turn off your Sanyo LCD TV, and unplug the power cord from the power outlet.

Locate the Volume Down button on the TV. This is located on the right side of most Sanyo LCDs.
Step 3
Press and hold the Volume Down button while plugging the TV back into the power outlet. You may need assistance if you can't reach the power outlet while holding the button.
Step 4
Wait for the TV to power on. Release the Volume Down button once the service menu displays on your TV.
Step 5
Exit the service menu by pressing the Menu button on your remote after you have made changes to the TV.
