Although it is a great feature and found on most phones, it is also sometimes a hassle to access and configure it, especially the voice greeting. T-Mobile Voicemail
Step 1
Hold down the "1" key on the cellphone to access voicemail. Alternatively, you may call the number "123" to access voicemail as well.

Press the "3" key to access the greeting settings in the voicemail menu.

Follow the voice instructions given to you to record a new voicemail greeting.
Verizon Wireless Voicemail
Step 1
Dial "*86" and press the "Send" key to access the voicemail menu.

Press "4" while in the voicemail menu to access the personal options menu.

Press "3" while in the personal options menu to access the voicemail greeting menu.

Press "1" while in the voicemail greeting menu to record a new voicemail greeting message.

AT&T Voicemail

Dial "1-888-288-8893." When you hear your voicemail message play, press the " * " key to access voicemail.

Press "3" to access the greetings menu from the general voicemail menu.

Press "1" to record a personal greeting.

Press "1" after you are finished recording your new greeting to save it, or press "2" to record another one. You may also press " * " to return to the main menu.
