Gmail is Google's online email service. Besides receiving messages in text form, users may also receive attachments that contain files such as video files. These files are downloadable to the computer's hard drive without any tools needed to do so. The only piece of equipment needed is an Internet browser.
Visit gmail.com in your Web browser.
Type in your username and password, and click "Sign In."
Open the email containing the video attachment.
Scroll down to the attachment section of the email, which is below the body. Click the button labeled "Download" beside the video file. Click "Save File," choose where you want to save the file, and click "Save." A box will appear when the file has been downloaded.
