How to Retrieve Voicemail Messages

If you are unable to take a call, callers can leave a voice message for you to retrieve at a more convenient time. Mobile and landline phone users can retrieve voicemail messages from their phones in a matter of minutes. Voicemail messages can be retrieved from a different phone using the personal identification number (PIN) code you created when you setup the voicemail.

Mobile Phone

Step 1

Press and hold the "1" key, then listen for the greeting.

Step 2

Enter the PIN code for the voicemail when prompted.

Step 3

Listen to the messages.

Landline Phone

Step 1

Pick up your landline phone and dial your phone number.

Step 2

Enter the PIN code for the voicemail when prompted.

Step 3

Listen to the messages.

Away from the Mobile or Landline Phone

Step 1

Dial your phone number.

Step 2

Press the "*" key on the handset.

Step 3

Enter the PIN code for the voicemail when prompted.

Step 4

Listen to the messages.
