Save pictures as a PDF (Portable Document Format) by using the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Free and paid picture viewer software usually has the capability to support printing to PDF for saving pictures in this format. Always try the free options first, such as those that come with the Windows operating system. The same process can be performed with paid picture viewer software like Photoshop and Fireworks. Most locations have PDF printing capability. Simply choose the default Adobe PDF option or the PDF option installed at your location.
