The Microsoft Corporation openly accepts emails from customers that want to ask them a question or give them feedback. Microsoft does not have a direct email address for receiving emails from customers, but instead use a special contact form on its website. You can send an email to Microsoft regardless of whether or not you currently use a Microsoft product or have in the past if you simply have a general inquiry.
Go to the Microsoft website (see Resources).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us."
Click on "E-mail Us."
Click on "Product Sales & General Inquiries." Fill out the form on the following page, then click on "Submit."
If you need to email Microsoft for technical support, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions for contacting a support representative on support.Microsoft.com.
