Picture cell phone owners can store photos on their phones. These pictures can then be sent via picture message to other cell phone numbers. One way to save these pictures on your computer is to send them to your email account. Sending pictures from a cell phone to email is similar to sending a text message to a phone number. You will then be able to open those pictures in your email account and save those to the computer's hard drive.
Go to the "Pictures" or "My Pictures" folder on your cell phone. Browse through the listed pictures until you find the one you want to send to your email account. Then, highlight that picture.
Select Options > Send. Type in the recipient's email address into the "To" box.
Click "OK." The picture will then be sent to the email address you entered.
If the picture you want to send to email is in your cell phone's in box, highlight that picture and click "Options." Select "Send." From there, you will be able to enter an email address and send the picture to that address.
Depending on your cell phone plan, you may be charged extra for sending pictures to an email account.
