You can email video that's posted on Facebook to another person who has a Facebook profile. You can also send it to a regular email address that's outside of the social network. Forwarding the video content follows the same procedure as copying an Internet link and pasting it in the body of an email.
Step 1
Log in to your Facebook account.

Highlight the link to the video you want to copy from Facebook. Click the mouse to copy the link.
Step 3
Click the Message icons (the picture of two voice balloons) on the top left side of the page.
Step 4
Click the "Send a New Message" link.
Step 5
Enter either the name(s) of the friend(s) you want to send the link to or the email address(es) you want to send the link to in the "To" field.
Step 6
Click on the Message field and write a description for your friend(s) of what the link is that you are sending them.
Step 7
Paste the video link in the body of the email.
Step 8
Click the blue "Send" button in the bottom right corner of the window.
