The TrueSwitch tool can be used to migrate email from one account to another.

There are several ways to transfer your current Comcast email folders and stored messages from your Comcast account to an alternate email account. The method you choose depends upon the service you are using for your alternate email account. If you want to transfer the email messages from your Comcast account to a Gmail account, for example, you can use Gmail's "Import Mail and Contacts" tool. Many Internet service providers (ISPs), including Comcast, partner with the Esaya Inc.'s TrueSwitch service to offer its customers an easy way to transfer information from one email account to another.
