Lenovo is an extremely popular manufacturer of laptops designed for both business and home use. Lenovo makes laptops that appeal to every user type from power users who may require high-end hardware to casual users who simply use their laptops for checking email and browsing the Internet. While Lenovo laptops are known for their performance and reliability, there may be instances where the laptops require repair. Fortunately, Lenovo offers a large volume of documentation on how to successfully troubleshoot some of the most common problems that may arise.
Turn off the Lenovo computer.
Restart the computer.
Press the "F12" button as soon as the laptop's boot logo appears.
Insert the PC-Doctor CD into the computer.
Choose ATAPI CDx to select the drive where the diagnostic CD is inserted.
Choose a diagnostic program to run from the PC-Doctor menu now displayed on the screen.
