You don't need to buy a printed sign at the store when you can easily make them on your computer and print them out using a home printer. Many websites let you make printable signs. You can make signs of all types, including yard signs, real estate signs, street signs and lots more.

Choose a symbol from the template for your sign. There are 53 pages for you to choose a sign from. Click the one you like.
Enter your own title in the first field, for instance, "Notice!"
Specify title font, size and color in the next fields. Also specify a header color.
Click "Make a Sign" when you're done customizing it.
Right click the sign image from the preview, and select "Save." Save it on the desktop.
Right-click the saved sign file, and select "Print."
Go to the website, Online-sign.com, and click the "First aid station" link. When the dialog box opens, replace the "First aid station" text with the text you want to show on your sign. Specify the text layout by clicking the respective option from the top of the dialog box, for instance "Center text" or "Align Text Left."
Specify the material size from the right side on the page, for instance, "A4" size paper or "A3."
Click the "Print" icon next to the "New" and "Save" icons from the menu. Make sure you've connected your printer at this point to print your sign.
Go to the website, pullsign.com, and click "Type your title." Enter the text you want to see on your sign.
Click "Title Color," "Background Color" and "Sign size" to specify these details for your sign. You can choose any color or size you want.
Click "Print" when you're done. Make sure you have connected the printer to the computer so it receives the print command.
