How to Watch ESPN on My Laptop

Using current technology, ESPN now makes it possible to watch worldwide coverage of sporting events from your laptop. You don't need any special software to watch ESPN from your laptop, and the whole process is just a matter of navigating Web pages.

Head to the ESPN 3 website.

Navigate to the ESPN 3 website. Click the blue "Watch Now" button at the top of the page. The "Featured Video" on ESPN 3 then plays once it has been loaded.

Locate the event you're wanting to watch.

Locate the event you want to watch under the "Featured Events" section. Current events are displayed first, while upcoming events are listed underneath with the time each event starts. Click the blue "Watch Now" button next to the current event you want to watch.

Drag the mouse over the bottom of the video to bring up the video options menu.

Drag the mouse over the bottom of the video to bring up the video options menu. From here you can pause, play, rewind, and fast-forward the video as well as change the volume and select the video quality.
