How to Access My MetroPCS Account

MetroPCS is cell phone service provider that has prepaid and standard contracts. The company's service covers 90 percent of the United States, and as a customer you can access your account through the company's website. When you log in you can choose a service plan, pay your bill or view the details of your phone usage. This can help you to keep track of your family's phone habits and select the plan that is optimal for you.

Step 1

Navigate to "My Account" on the MetroPCS website (see Resources).

Step 2

Click the "Log In" button at the top right of the page, then click on the "Begin Registration" button in the "Register" box and enter your zip code. Fill in the required information, including your mobile phone number and email address. Check the box that says "I Authorize You to Send Me a Text Message With a Registration Number" and click "Submit."

Step 3

Open the text messaging application on your MetroPCS phone and retrieve the text message with your registration number in it.

Step 4

Log into your account. Click on the "Log In" link again at the top of the page. Type in your username and password and enter your registration number. Click the "Submit" button.

Step 5

Click on "My Account" at the top corner and explore the services available. You can pay your bills or select a different plan using while logged into your MetroPCS account.
