How to Create a Free Registration Form for a Website
Some websites require an Internet user to be a registered member for access to services and/or products. The material collected during the registration process can also be used as information and marketing tools by the website owner. Go to the "here" link to proceed to your Control Panel. Log in using your username and password, if needed.

Enter the name for each field. You can also select the field type, validation and field name requirement by using the scroll-down menu, then go to the "Next" button. Another way is by going to "Power Tools" or "Toolbox." Select the tool you like, and drag it where you want it on your registration form.
Click each field name, and go to "Properties" or "Edit" to make changes. If given an option, customize your free registration form by selecting the text color, font, size, background and other details provided. Then, go to the "Update" or "Next" button.
