How to Create an OFT in Microsoft Outlook
With Microsoft Outlook, you can use the the official e-mail template to create a file with an .oft extension. This template has a preformatted layout that includes a recognizable script for all template files. A template file is created so that you can use the same structured format for each email you send. After the template file is saved, you can find it stored in the "Forms" section within the “Tools” option. You can also save any message that you write as an .oft file.
