Your Internet Service Provider, or ISP, gives you Internet service. Your ISP's password is the password that the ISP gives you so you can log onto their service and access the Internet. If you don't have the password, you are not able to get online. Getting the password is important step in getting online.
Contact your ISP. In order to set up your account in the first place, you had to receive a user name and password from your ISP. If you didn't get it, or if you lost it, you'll need to contact them again.
Explain that you do not have their password to get into your account. They will ask you some questions about your identity and your account, to confirm that you are who you say you are.
Type in the password that they give you over the phone. It is a good idea to try the password while you are still on the phone, so that if it doesn't work, you can tell them and get a different one.
