How to Get an Original Window Sticker

A window sticker placed on your home window or vehicle can display a number of different things such as warnings of an alarm system and advertisement for an event or product. If you are looking for quality you can order a window sticker from a professional, however you can design your own window sticker with the use of free online print at home options. There are a number of websites where you can design your own stickers. One such site with instructions that are easy to follow is VistaPrint, by following a few simple instructions you can make your own sticker.

Step 1

Use photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop. Design your original window sticker; you can either use photos that have been digitally scanned or pictures that you have downloaded from your computer. Incorporate the text using font that will be easy to read from the window that you choose to place your sticker. You will need to save your image as a jpeg file for Internet compatibility.

Step 2

Go to the website, select the "Gifts and Fun" option which is on the left hand column under the "home and family" section. Hover over it and select "stickers."

Step 3

Choose a large or small sticker as well as the shape and click on the "Get started" option. You can either upload your own design or select a ready made design. Once you have selected the design you are then prompted to customize it. Click on the "Advanced editing tab" to add text change fonts etc, you will then need to click on the "Online proof approval" tab.

Step 4

Click on the "Next" tab and select the number of sheets you wish to purchase. Each sheet will give you 24 stickers. You can purchase up to 200 sheets.

Step 5

Click on the "Next " tab and choose the type of paper you wish to use, you can choose between a matt or a glossy sticker. You are then taken to a matching documents page; you can choose products such as mugs, and notepads to go with your sticker. Keep clicking the "Next" button until you get to the checkout page.

Step 6

Choose a delivery time and then input your name, address and card details for payment.
