How to Make Print Larger on a Web Page

By Liam Walter

Knowing how to enlarge print on a webpage may prevent you from misreading a document or disclaimer, saving you large amounts of time or money. All Internet browsers have the ability to enlarge and shrink the print of any webpage. Many websites put disclaimers and terms of services agreements at the bottom in a small print, so users are unable to read them. Making the print larger on a webpage is simple and only takes a few seconds.

Step 1

Open the webpage you would like to enlarge the print on with an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer 9 or Mozilla Firefox.

Step 2

Click "View" at the top of your toolbar on your browser. Select "Zoom > Zoom In." Click Zoom In multiple times until the print is large enough. Note: This step achieves the same task as the other steps.

Step 3

Hold down "Ctrl" then repeatedly click "+" until the print is large enough. Note: This step achieves the same task as the other steps.

Step 4

Hold down "Ctrl" while moving your middle mouse wheel up. Note: This step achieves the same task as the other steps.
