How to Program a GE TV Remote

By Shelley Marie

GE universal remote controls allow users to program multiple devices onto a single remote. The remote control uses codes to detect the device, and you can switch between the devices using their corresponding buttons. The GE universal remote allows you to streamline your remote collection. If you know your device's code, you can manually program it, or you can use the "Code Search" option to find the code and program your remote.
