How to Share an Excel File Online

By Christina Shaffer

Though it’s easy to share an Excel file via email, a handful of Web-based services allow you to import, share and export your spreadsheets, word documents and presentations online. Programs, such as Google Docs, Zoho and Microsoft Office Live, are free and provide you with a range of collaboration and managerial applications for business or personal use. Though the services provide online sharing, they can also be used for private use.
