Many programs exist to block specific websites, including integrated operating system tools, browser-based blocking and dedicated blocking software. Unblocking a website requires the appropriate password, so you can reconfigure the settings. If you only wish to temporarily circumvent the block, however, you can do so in seconds with a Web-based proxy. Although these sites are designed to conceal your Internet protocol (IP) address from other websites, proxies also conceal the website address from your computer, which means your computer's blocking feature doesn't know what to block.
Open your Internet browser and type the address of a Web-based proxy, such as proxify.com, onlineanonimizer.com or proxyd.net.
Type the address you wish to visit in the search box.
Press "Enter" to circumvent the block and visit the site.
