The HP Envy 4500 is a bare-bones multifunction color printer with a 100-sheet paper capacity and automatic duplex capability. You can connect directly to your PC with USB 2.0 or wirelessly with Wi-Fi, and print from your Android, iOS, Windows, or other devices using HP ePrint or Apple AirPrint. The Envy 4500 claims a black print speed of 8.8 ppm and color speed of 5.2 ppm, and it works best with premium paper. To navigate setup and features, you use the functional 2-inch monochrome LCD display.

Faxing doesn't work, neither does the scanner, really

Well, it's inexpensive. Good for very casual printing... maybe for your high school kids. The fax capability has not worked properly since I bought this printer. Also the scanning app that comes with this printer doesn't always work consistently. So I have to resort to using my computer's native scanning tool. So yeah, it's cheap. But for another hundred bucks, you can get something that's far more reliable. I say pass on this one.
