There are a lot of traditions Americans partake in to celebrate Independence Day. Most of them make absolutely no sense, and really have nothing to do with the 1776 adoption of the Declaration of Independence. You know, like stuffing our faces with hot dogs, hamburgers, macaroni and cheese, and every kind of chip known to mankind. But since those things are delicious, the tradition lives on!

Another tradition that has grown to epic proportions is fireworks — either setting off your own fireworks (legally or illegally) or watching massive displays of choreographed pyrotechnic fireworks shows. July 4th just isn't July 4th without fireworks.
So to really get into the spirit, check out the Fireworks Arcade app. The app is meant for all ages, but it's especially fun for kids. By touching the screen, you can create your own virtual fireworks shows full of brilliant displays of light and sound.
While playing in show mode, you can tap or drag to create dozens of colorful fireworks displays, and you even have the option to set the show to your own music. If you're happy with your creation, the app gives you the option to save photos. The app also offers five arcade games, which are all different and super fun.
Of course, no fireworks show is complete without a finale, which you can achieve by simply shaking your phone or tablet.
