How Do I Know My Flip Is Charging?
Flips are HD video cameras that allow you to capture footage on the go. They include models such as the UltraHD and the SlideHD. Flip video cameras shoot in 720p HD and at 30 or 60fps. Models such as the MinoHD and SlideHD use rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. If your batteries are running low on power, you can recharge them quickly and monitor the recharging process.
Slide open the battery compartment on your Flip video camera, and then insert the battery.
Pull out the USB arm on the side of your camera, and then plug it into an open USB port on your computer.
Locate the battery icon on your camera's screen. You should see a lightning-like symbol on the battery icon. This indicates that the battery is charging. Fully recharging the battery pack takes about three hours.
Disconnect your video camera when the battery icon looks full.
