How to Change a Boost Mobile Plan
Boost Mobile offers customers a variety of wireless services including, text messaging, Internet access, and voice and data plans without the commitment of a long-term contract. If you need to change or update your current mobile plan, make changes online or contact Boost Mobile's customer service division. Whether you need an unlimited calling plan or additional phone minutes, changing your wireless plan is easy.
Access Boost Mobile's official web page. Click "Shop" and select "Plans." Browse the calling plan options and choose one that meets your needs and budget.
Click the image of the plan you need. You are then redirected to the plan details page. Click "Switch to this plan" and enter your 10-digit wireless number and four-digit PIN. When finished, hit "Submit." Follow onscreen instructions to complete the plan change.
Contact Boost Mobile customer service at 866-402-7366 between the hours of 4 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, seven days a week. Tell the agent that you desire to change your current Boost Mobile plan. For account security purposes, you might be asked for your account PIN or the last four digits of your Social Security number.
