Flashing involves removing the software from your old wireless provider and installing the software from your new wireless provider. It restores your Samsung phone to its factory settings, from when you first purchased your phone. Your wireless provider will give you the software you need to flash your Samsung phone. You will also need to use a USB cable, which should have come with your phone.
