How to Make the Screen Bigger on an iPhone

Owners of the Apple iPhone can call, text, download apps, check email and surf the Web all from a handheld device. The phone features a large, 3.5-inch widescreen multi-touch display. Though the screen is large, certain Web pages and applications may appear small. Users can utilize the zoom feature of the phone to make the screen bigger.

Step 1

Press the "Home" button the front of the iPhone.

Step 2

Tap "Settings."

Step 3

Tap "General."

Step 4

Tap "Accessibility."

Step 5

Tap "Zoom."

Step 6

Slide the Zoom switch to the "On" position.

Step 7

Tap the "Accessibility" button to save your changes.

Step 8

Double-tap the screen using three fingers to zoom in and make the screen bigger.

Step 9

Drag your fingers around the screen to move around while zoomed in.
