How to Move My Net10 Minutes to Another Net10 Phone

NET10 Wireless offers cost-effective, contract-free wireless phones to consumers. Their prepaid service offers a variety of phone models and plans. NET10 customers can choose to replenish their minutes online, over the phone or at participating retail locations. Managing your NET10 account online allows you to view your available balance, see when your balance expires or activate a new phone. NET10 allows you to replace your existing phone with a new device, and keep your available airtime minutes and telephone number.

Click on the "Activate/Reactivate" link near the top of the page. Choose the existing customer option, and enter in the requested information to access your account.

Step 3

On the phone setup page, you will be asked how you wish to activate your phone. Choose the option that states "Activate my NET10 phone with a number transferred from another NET10 phone." Click "Continue."

Step 4

Enter in the requested information and follow the simple prompts to complete activation of your new phone.
