Olevia is a brand of LCD TVs (and other products) most commonly found in club stores, and positioned as a lower-cost alternative to other brands. One feature with these TVs is the ability to program the remote control to operate other devices, such as a VCR, DVD player or set-top cable receiver box. Programming the remote is a process that takes little time to complete, provided you have the correct code for the intended device.

Turn on the device you want to program and locate the four-digit code for that specific make and type of device. These device codes can be found toward the back of the Olevia TV owner's manual.
Press the "Function" button repeatedly to select the type of device you want the remote to operate (e.g., "DVD" or "STB"), using the LED indicator as a guide, and then press and hold both "Enter" and "Function" for four to five seconds.
Enter the four-digit code for that device using the numeric keypad once the LED indicator light for that type of device flashes orange once. The indicator will then flash for a while and stop.
Aim the remote control at the device and press that device's power button (e.g., "DVD" or "STB"). If the device responds, the code was accepted. If not, repeat steps 2 and 3 using one of the other code options for that make and device type.
