Every wireless phone network occasionally encounters problems and service issues. If you are having coverage issues with T-Mobile, you may report them to the company. T-Mobile does not guarantee that your cellphone will work in all areas, and service may be affected by factors including coverage availability, terrain and temporary network outages. Reporting coverage issues is easy.

Step

Go to the T-Mobile "Personal Coverage Check" Web page. This tool allows you to enter your address and see how the coverage should be in your area. If you are in an area that shows "Great," "Good" or "Fair" coverage and are still experiencing problems, continue to the next step.

Step

Contact "Customer Care" to report the issue you are having. "Customer Care" can be contacted by phone or by email. Contact information is in the "Resources" section.

Step

Provide "Customer Care" with the following information: exact location where you are having the issue; phone make and model; signal strength; whether you were outside, inside or in a car; whether or not this problem has happened before; and how long the problem has been going on.
