How to Access Task Manager From Control Panel

The Windows Task Manager, available on every Windows system, allows you to manager the programs that are running on your computer at any given time. Always accessible, the Task Manager gives you the option to close programs, switch to programs or continue running programs. Within the Control Panel on every Windows program, the Task Manager can be accessed for ease of use and option settings.

Step 1

Click the "Start" tab on the lower left-hand corner of your desktop.

Step 2

Click "Control Panel" in the pop-up "Start" menu.

Step 3

Click the top search bar on the "Control Panel" window, and type "Task Manager" into the search bar.

Step 4

Click "View Task Manager" under the System menu to access your Task Manager from Control Panel.
