How to Check My Email Account on Netzero's Message Center

By Gabriele Sturmer

NetZero's Message Center provides a way to manage your email and view your contacts if you don't have access to your NetZero software. You can access the portal from most Web browsers to send and receive email, change your account settings and view personalized content that meets your preferences. The site provides a quick way to check for incoming messages and view email attachments, and also lists any email folders that you created in the NetZero software.

Step 1

Open your computer's Web browser and navigate to webmail.netzero.net to access NetZero's Message Center. Type your username and password under "Sign In to Your NetZero Message Center," and then click "Sign In."

Step 2

Click the "Check Mail" button on the Message Center's "Home" tab to check for new messages and to display your inbox. Click any of the messages listed to view the email's contents.

Step 3

Click "Sent" in the left pane to view the messages you sent in the past or "Draft" to view messages you're currently writing. Click "Junk Mail" to view any messages caught by the spam filter or "Trash" to view deleted messages. If you created custom email folders, click a folder's name in the left pane to view the messages it contains. Click a message's subject line to view the complete version of any email in these folders.

Step 4

Click the "Sign Out" link near the top-right corner of the page when you're done.
