How to Print Entire Web Pages

By Shawn Farner

Printing a web page can be simple, though there are cases where the web page is a bit too wide. This causes some of the content to be cut off by the printer. You can shrink the size of the web page you're viewing and fit all of the images and text onto as few pages as possible.

Things You'll Need

  • Internet Explorer

Step 1

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the "Start" button and selecting "Internet Explorer" from the "All Programs" menu.

Step 2

Navigate to the web page you want to print.

Step 3

Click "File," then select "Print Preview."

Step 4

Set the page-view drop-down box to "1 Page View" and the size percentage drop-down box to "Shrink to Fit." This will print your content at a readable size while reducing the width to ensure nothing gets cut off.

Step 5

Click the "Print" button to print your web page.
