If you own a business, offer a service or just need to send a message to multiple recipients, you can do so by sending an email blast. Contacting large numbers of recipients in one email can save time and increase efficiency. You can send an email blast from Microsoft Outlook to market a product or service, or send information about events and critical information to your recipients.

Launch Outlook. Type your message in the "Body" section of the email. Type in a subject in the "Subject" line.
Type the recipients' addresses in the "To:" field--separate each address with a comma. You can opt to keep addresses private by typing them into the "Bcc:" field instead.
Click "Send" to send the email blast.
