How to Sync Nokia PC Suite and Microsoft Outlook

Synchronizing contacts and calendars across multiple devices helps to ensure that you always have access to important information when you need it. The PC Suite application that came with your Nokia phone has a dedicated tool that enables you to synchronize information with a variety of other programs on your computer, including Microsoft Outlook 2013.

Step 1

Launch PC Suite on your computer and click the "Synchronize" button to load the synchronization screen. The Synchronize button is the one with arrows on it.

Step 2

Click "Settings," click the drop-down menu, select "Microsoft Outlook" and click "Next."

Step 3

Click each category of information you want to sync with Outlook and click "Next."

Step 4

Click the Outlook profile whose data you want to sync with PC Suite. The profiles listed will be those set up in Outlook on your computer.

Step 5

Click "Select Folders" and select any individual folders you want to sync from the Outlook profile.

Step 6

Click "OK" and click "Next" to load the calendar synchronization screen. This screen enables you to sync appointments and other dates from your Outlook calendar.

Step 7

Select the range of dates you want to import and click "Next."

Step 8

Select the Web browser you want to use and click "Finish" to complete the synchronization process.
