How to Upload a Video to iPad

By Nicholas Johnson

The iPad is a multimedia tablet produced by Apple. The iPad provides audio, video and document support as well as support for applications from the Apple iTunes store. As a video player, the iPad supports the MOV and MP4 video formats, but is unable to play videos of other formats. To transfer other videos to the iPad, they must first be converted to a supported format. Free online conversion websites, such as Zamzar, Media Converter or Movavi, allow users to convert videos to any format, including MP4.
