Microsoft Outlook 98 or later versions allow you to save emails as HTML. HTML, which stands for HyperText Markup Language, is one of the most popular languages for developing Web pages. HTML allows you to further enhance email messages by embedding hyperlinks, displaying pop-up messages, adding videos and retaining other formatting such as fonts and colors.
